Video from 48 hour ‘Communal Life Seminar’ at the ICA

In September 2010, Turbulence participated in a 48 hour “communal life seminar” at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) in London. The event was organised by Chto Delat? and culminated in a Brechtian “learning play” [Lehrstueck] titled ‘What Struggles Do We Have in Common?‘ The seminar and play formed part of a series of events surrounding Chto Delat?’s ‘The Urgent Need to Struggle‘ exhibition which is itself part of a season of events at the ICA taking place under the title of ‘Dissent‘, addressing questions of art, activism and social change. Reviews of the exhibition can be found here, here, and here.

A following film has now been released, documenting the seminar.
